Fair housing.

Effective October 30, 2026

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of the federal Fair Housing Act and California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act and Unruh Civil Rights Act. We do not discriminate in any real estate service on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry, familial status, source of income, disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, or any other basis the law protects.

What that means in practice

• Campaigns, letters and pages describe properties, never the people a home is “for”.
• Lead lists come from public property records and are never selected by a protected characteristic.
• Every agent completes California’s required fair housing education to renew their license.
