These terms govern your use of localmarketbrokerage.com, run by Local Market Brokerage, Inc., a California real estate brokerage corporation.
1. What this site is
Information for real estate licensees about joining Local Market, and demonstrations of our platform. Nothing here is an offer of employment, a contract to join, or a representation of earnings. Joining happens only through a signed independent contractor agreement.
2. Calculators and figures
Calculator results are arithmetic on the numbers you enter. Platform figures are counts from our own records at the time shown. Neither is a projection or a promise of income.
3. Demo desks
A demo desk shows real street addresses from public map data with invented people, prices and activity. Don’t treat anything in a demo as a fact about a real person or property. Nothing you do in a demo sends anything.
4. Market availability
A city shown as open can be held by another agent at any time until you sign. Reserving a city is confirmed only in a signed agreement.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t scrape, copy in bulk, resell or frame the site or its demos; don’t use them to harass or discriminate; don’t try to get around access limits.
6. Our content
The site, its software, design, text, films and compiled data belong to Local Market or its licensors.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Local Market is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using it.
8. Changes, law and contact
