What Local Market collects on this site and from the agents and applicants who contact us, why, and the choices you have.

Local Market Brokerage, Inc. (“Local Market”, “we”), 21 N Second Street #406, Campbell, CA 95008, runs localmarketbrokerage.com. Each city market site we run has its own privacy policy for homeowners and buyers.
What we collect
- From you: your name, email, phone, the city you’re interested in, your DRE license number, your production and E&O status if you give them, and anything you write to us.
- When you build a demo desk: your name, email, optional phone, the city, and how often you open the demo. The demo itself runs on invented people and stores nothing you click.
- Automatically: pages visited, links clicked in our emails, device and browser information, and approximate location from your IP address. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
- From public sources: your license status from the California DRE and production figures from public rankings and the MLS, when we invite you to talk.
How we use it
To answer you, to build and send your demo desk, to schedule and hold a call, to assess an application to join, to send you information you asked for, and to meet our legal obligations as a licensed brokerage.
Who we share it with
Service providers who host our data, send our email and letters, and schedule calls, under contract; and authorities when the law requires. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
Applicant and demo records for up to 3 years after our last contact; records of agents who join for as long as the law requires us to keep brokerage records.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link, honored within 10 business days. Ask us to stop calling or writing to you at any time.
Your California rights
You may ask to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to correct it, to delete it (subject to records the law requires us to keep), and to limit the use of sensitive information. We won’t discriminate against you for asking. Use the privacy request form or write to [email protected]. We verify your identity before acting, and an authorized agent may ask for you.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and multi-factor sign-in for staff. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We post changes here with a new effective date.
